Extensions and Planning Permission:
Changes to Planning Law introduced in 2008 mean that in most instances we can design your extension so that it falls within Permitted Development and as such will not require Planning Permission. However if your requirements mean that Planning Permission is required we are the people to get it for you. If you would like to get a better understanding of what might or might not be possible then please feel free to get in touch. We would be very happy to visit your home for a home consultation. Once we have seen your house we should be able to give you clear feedback as to what is and is not possible, as well as giving you some initial design advice and ideas. After the visit we will then send you a quote for the design and planning service allowing you to decide if you would like become the proud owner of a Holland and Green extension. We can also introduce you to a selection of builders we work with who could help make that dream become reality.
