£1250 - £2000 per Sq M approx. A well designed and well exectuted single storey extension in the South East Area brick built with bifold doors. The range represents the difference in finish from a standard to high end.
	£1100 - £1500 per Sq M approx. Double storey extension to incorporate bedroom on first floor and additional living space on ground with high quality sliding door.  This is the ball-park cost for the first floor in addition to the ground floor cost (above).
	£500 - £950 per Squ M approx. The lower figure represents remodelling the internal space in a property, the higher the Infil of an existing garage to create a habitable room with window to front.
