Planning approval for remodelling of 1980s house in Marlow

October 20th 2016

Our Buckinghamshire team have recently been given planning approval for a dramatic transformation of property near Marlow.

Our clients had the good ability to see the potential of a rather dated and run down 1980s new build set in a beautiful rural location on the outskirts of Marlow. With the help of Holland and Green they have been able to transform the dated red brick 1980s exterior and awkward interior to create a stylish extended high specification modern home with views across the surrounding countryside. The contemporary steel framed glazing with louvered timber screening have brought in light and a feeling of warmth while at the same time retaining privacy. The cantilevered first floor master suite with commanding views over the new infinity pool and surrounding fields have created a

calming sanctuary environment conducive to relaxing and unwinding.
