About Us.

HollandGreen is an award-winning, multidisciplinary Design Practice of Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and Project Managers. Recognised for creating beautifully crafted buildings and landscapes, we are unique in offering an integrated end-to-end service across the four divisions from one Studio. This means we manage projects efficiently in-house to the highest standard of quality and detail. Whether rejuvenating and restoring a period country estate or designing a distinctive contemporary new build, we deliver a bespoke response to our clients’ needs. We draw inspiration from the context of the landscape to create individually conceived, aspirational homes.

Responsible Design.

Responsible design is very important to us and we endeavour to incorporate sustainable design solutions from the beginning of every project. Our Fabric First approach, which minimises the future energy consumption of a home, is one example. We also enthusiastically adopt Passivhaus principles where appropriate. We are committed to making a positive contribution to carbon capture and storage within the residential property sector, aligning with our clients’ desire for sustainable, energy efficient homes, and enhancing how they interact with their environments.

Our Practice.

Stephen and Ben established HollandGreen in 2010. Today we are a team of 40 talented individuals, delivering commissions across the UK and internationally. We work in close partnership with Historic England and have extensive experience of the planning system. This expertise enables us to guide and oversee our clients’ projects, supporting and empowering them to realise their dream homes. Our aim is to exceed expectations in all that we do. We build a trusted bond with our clients, driven by our passion to improve their lives in the spaces we create.

Support of British Woodlands.

We partner with the charity Woodland Heritage who support the creation and management of productive woodlands, delivering benefits including carbon sequestration and research into woodland health and biodiversity. We calculate the carbon used in our projects and the number of English Oak trees, which, over their lifetime, will offset this amount. We double this and donate the equivalent funds to support Woodland Heritage’s planting and educational activities.

With such partners on board, we make sure no detail is overlooked and our clients’ projects are delivered successfully, on time and to budget.

An Exceptional Build.

We have long-standing relationships with award-winning contractors and builders specialising in high-specification projects, exceptional service and commitment to quality. If required, we can make introductions early in the project, facilitating a two-stage tender process. This is sometimes helpful for projects which are particularly complex, time sensitive, or those involving heavily protected historical buildings.
