Developing Your Brief Questionnaire

This Form has been designed to help you start thinking about the scope and finish of your completed Project.  This form, in conjunction with your Pinterest Board – if you have one at this stage, will then give both you and us an outline brief prior to our meeting and a strong starting point for taking your project forward:
Please do not worry if you cannot fill in all the areas – any information at this stage will help us.

If you could please fill in this form prior to our telephone call / Home Consultation meeting that would be a great help.

Please note: as a general ‘rule of thumb’ Holland and Green’s fees tend to work out at around 8-12% of final build costs and our projects typically have a construction cost of between £250,000 and £2,000,000.
