Architectural Design – 3D modelling

We love houses and we love ‘Transforming Peoples Lives by Creating Wonderful Living Spaces’ – it’s what makes us tick and is the driving force behind all we do.  Inspirational design, elegant and intelligent space planning, a deep understanding of Planning Law and the Permitted Development rules and a relentless pursuit of accuracy and detail ensure that we stand apart from other architectural practices.

We have developed an immersive 3D environment that allows you to see every facet of your existing and proposed design before a single joist is cut or foundation dug that ensures we create the end result that you desire and that we can be proud of.

We have invested a huge amount of time and energy in our team to develop this capability and we are now able to not only show you how the proposed design may look on paper but also now put you inside your house allowing you to walk around your finished design on your tablet or smartphone and now in Virtual Reality.  We believe the best things require time and effort and that the extra time invested in producing this level of detail ensures a much better finished product and can potentially save thousands of pounds in the build as it refines ideas in a way that traditional 2D design simply fails to deliver.

Virtual Reality with HollandGreen

We have been quick to invest in systems and software in order to be one of the very first Architectural Practices able to generate Virtual Reality at an affordable level.  This process brings a significant insight for our clients into how their final design will look and feel thereby reducing the potential for costly changes as the project progresses.

The results are astonishing and we have successfully used this capability in our recent Grand Designs project and ‘on site’ to show the ‘Planners’ how the final building will look in context.  Our clients love it!

Why not give us a call and explore how we can assist you in generating your own ‘Grand Design‘.
