SALARY: Dependent on Experience

Job Scope

As HollandGreen embarks on an exciting growth phase, we are seeking a 3D Artist to join our team, working with our Head of Visualisation to produce high-end residential architectural stills and animations of luxury projects for our clients and partnering Property Agents.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and composition, with an established portfolio in Exteriors and Interiors of high-end residential design. A strong expertise in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer is essential.

The majority of your time will be spent working on exciting New-Build and Heritage Visualisations for a variety of high-profile projects. You’ll work closely with our Head of Visualisation, as well as our Architects, Interior Designers and Landscape Designers to create realistic imagery for planning packages, detailed design decisions and marketing content.

You’ll be working as part of a dynamic, design-led and friendly Studio. Applicants should have a natural aptitude for design, ideally with experience of working in a creative industry and with a beautiful portfolio of work. You’ll be willing to learn and work flexibly within a team, with a conscientious and proactive approach to tasks, as well as strong attention to detail.

We will only be accepting applicants with a proficiency in 3ds Max + Corona Render workflows and advanced Photoshop skills.

Experience in Twinmotion/Unreal Engine, VR workflows, video editing/colour grading, AI tools will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings of architectural interiors and exteriors with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
  • Create engaging architectural animations and flythroughs.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to bring concepts to life.
  • Optimise scenes for performance and rendering efficiency.
  • Understand and integrate ArchiCAD models into the visualisation workflow.
  • Maintain a strong focus on composition, storytelling, and mood in all visual outputs.
  • Implement VR workflows for immersive presentations and client experiences.
  • Utilize AI tools for rendering, automation, and design enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in architectural visualisation

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
  • Experience in architectural animation and scene setup.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows and experience working with ArchiCAD models.
  • Strong sense of composition, colour theory, and lighting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and CAD models.
  • Familiarity with VR workflows (e.g., Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Enscape) for interactive experiences.
  • Understanding of AI tools in architectural visualization (e.g., AI-based rendering, automation, and generative design).
  • Experience with post-production techniques in Photoshop or After Effects is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or 3D preferred.
  • Extensive Experience with 3DS Max and Corona.
  • Previous experience in luxury residential or commercial architecture visualization.
  • Ability to produce hand sketches to quickly communicate design ideas (bonus but not required).
