Interior design is usually divided into two areas: ‘Interior architecture’ and ‘Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment’ (FF&E) design. Interior architecture takes a technical approach to the spatial arrangement of internal spaces, considers how they are to be constructed and how the services will be integrated, at the same time assessing the aesthetic outcome of all three.

As part of this process, our team will collaborate with sector specialists such as acoustic designers, mechanical engineers and architectural ironmongers. We’ll make recommendations for the layout of kitchens and bathrooms and incorporate details such as floor junctions and staircase design, as well as lighting designs. We also make recommendations for contractor-installed finishes such as marble, tiles, wood flooring and ironmongery that will form a key part of the final design.
