Breaking Ground on The Hide.

We’re happy to share that we have broken ground on The Hide. The new build home is replacing the now demolished bungalow that made little use of the stunning views across the Frithsden valley. The new home has been designed to integrate itself into the challenging steeply slopped site and capitalise on the stunning views.

The demolition works required surgical precision and a thought-out plan of action.

The existing bungalow stood very close to the Grade II* Listed Castle Hill Barn.

Our plan of works accounted for both the challenging site and proximity to a protected building. And while the site is currently a clean slate, in the form of a very deep hole, you can already see the potential.
