Shortlisted for the Architect of the Year Awards 2021

HollandGreen are excited to be shortlisted for two design categories in this year’s Architect of the Year Awards.

As part of our entry for the Individual House Architect of the Year category, we were excited to showcase four of our flagship new build projects, including the recently completed River House and Ash House, as well as two builds nearing completion.

River House has also been shortlisted as House of the Year in the British Homes Awards 2021, while Ash House was a finalist in this year’s Shuco Excellence Awards. Both projects marry a contemporary design with sustainable elements, allowing each home to blend seamlessly within their rural greenbelt surroundings.

Our shortlisted entry in Refurbishment Architect of the Year celebrates several heritage restoration projects, including Mill House, Sunny Barn and the soon to be completed Windrush House.

We were delighted to see this collection of some of our favourite projects included alongside the work of some other incredible design practices.
