Charmaine White
Charmaine is Associate Director of Interior Design at HollandGreen, with over 15 years of experience and a distinctive, textile-led approach. A graduate of the KLC School of Design in Textile Design, she begins each scheme with materials that set the tone and texture of the space. Passionate about historical homes and antiques, Charmaine blends character and heritage into interiors that feel quietly luxurious and deeply personal.
She creates spaces that evoke a sense of ease and belonging, guided by a deep understanding of the emotional and sensory power of design. Thoughtful and collaborative, Charmaine takes great pride in helping clients realise their vision—crafting refined, authentic interiors that are as timeless as they are uplifting.
Tori Young
Tori is Associate Director of Interior Design at HollandGreen, with nearly 20 years’ experience delivering exceptional homes for a discerning global clientele. Her portfolio spans grand country estates to Kensington townhouses, each project defined by a timeless, bespoke approach that reflects the individuality of the client.
With a passion for art, antiques and craftsmanship, Tori creates richly layered interiors that balance authenticity with elegant practicality. Known for her warm, collaborative nature, she builds lasting client relationships and designs spaces that feel effortlessly personal, refined and enduring.
Olly Brown
Olly is Associate Director in Interior Architecture at HollandGreen, with over 18 years’ experience designing distinguished residential homes. Before joining the Studio nine years ago, he worked at leading architectural practices across London and the Home Counties, bringing a depth of knowledge to every project. He approaches each commission individually, creating tailored designs that respond to the client’s needs and the character of the property.
Experienced in leading large and complex projects, Oliver works collaboratively across disciplines to deliver elegant, functional family homes. His focus is on thoughtful interior architecture that enhances everyday living while complementing the overall design of the home.
Maddy Bull
As a Senior Interior Designer here at HollandGreen, Maddy brings a refined eye for detail and a strong foundation in technical design to the Interiors team. Graduating with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture from Arts University Bournemouth, she collaborates closely with clients, architects, and consultants to deliver elegant, timeless interiors that balance function and beauty.
With a particular passion for working on period properties, Maddy has hands-on experience restoring and modernising heritage homes. Her own renovation of a Cotswold cottage reflects her approach — honouring traditional features while introducing contemporary elements to create harmonious and enduring living spaces.
Charlotte Hammond
With a background in fashion and a passion for design, Charlotte brings a fresh, dynamic perspective to her role as Junior Interior Designer at HollandGreen. After graduating with First Class Honours in Fashion Marketing from the University of Leeds and launching her own brand, she transitioned into interiors—shaped by experience in high-end retail and specialist design training.
Charlotte focuses on FF&E, materiality and procurement, curating refined, high-quality finishes that elevate each space. With a keen eye for detail and a collaborative spirit, she crafts interiors that are both functional and beautifully individual.
