Apollo Spiliotis
Apollo is Head of Visualisation & Design Technology, and AI Strategic Lead at HollandGreen. An Architect by training with over 20 years of experience, he leads the studio’s Visualisation, AI, BIM, and Technology teams, bringing a unique combination of creative thinking, technical expertise, and dyslexic insight—translating complexity into clarity across every stage of a project.
He specialises in crafting visual narratives that go beyond aesthetics—communicating intent and sparking emotional connections through 3D visuals. Analytical, imaginative, and future-focused, Apollo is committed to redefining how design is visualised, communicated, and experienced.
Ayten Latifov
Ayten is a 3D Artist at HollandGreen, with a background in interior design and a deep passion for visual storytelling. Originally trained as an interior designer, she discovered her true calling in 3D visualisation and has spent the past five years creating high-end, photorealistic imagery for architects and designers.
Dedicated to her craft, Ayten continually hones her skills in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, combining technical precision with artistic sensitivity. Her work is defined by an acute attention to detail—capturing the subtleties of natural light, material textures, and perspective to bring each scene vividly to life. With every image, she aims to evoke atmosphere and emotion, helping clients connect with a space long before it’s built.
