Based on our research and assessment we will provide you with options of how to maximise the potential of the build while creating the living space you’ve always wanted. Importantly we will generate a preliminary cost analysis of the proposed options, ensuring that the Feasibility Study is a solid starting point for the journey of your project.

We’ll start with a visit to your home, where we’ll listen to your ideas and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll carry out research tailored to your needs and prepare a detailed report. Our team will present the study to you and discuss it in detail, either in person or online – whichever works best for you.
