4. Procurement Process – We manage the purchasing, tracking, and delivery of all specified items – prioritising longer-lead or bespoke pieces.

5. Installation – We coordinate the installation of all FF&E and work closely with our chosen delivery and unpacking partners to ensure your home is beautifully styled and move-in ready.

6. Handover – We provide a care manual for your new furniture, complete final quality checks, and ensure everything is in place for a seamless move-in.
