What happens after an agreed design?

Once your design is finalised, it is important to ensure that the less exciting, but equally important Building Control side of your project is managed.

This includes such areas as:

• Building Control compliance
• Party Wall Agreements
• Structural Calculations
• Water Authority Build Over Agreements
• Ecological Reports (eg Bat surveys)

To ensure the Build Stage runs as smoothly as possible, HollandGreen will manage these elements, whilst keeping you informed.  We’ll ensure that all of the relevant paperwork is completed and submitted for approval and that your finished works are signed off by an approved Building Control Officer or Authorised Inspector.
