Project management at HollandGreen is a collaborative and client-focused journey, designed to make the process smooth, transparent and enjoyable from start to finish.

Led by Freddie Frithz, our Head of Project Management, we guide clients through every stage of their project—whether a heritage renovation or contemporary new build—ensuring every detail is carefully managed and expectations are consistently met.

As well as managing projects for our in-house Studios, we work with a number of high-profile architectural practices internationally, bringing our expertise to a wide range of design-led projects.

Working closely with contractors, consultants and design teams, we create a seamless experience built on trust, clear communication and a shared commitment to delivering beautiful, high-quality homes.

Freddie Frithz

As Head of Project Management and Process at HollandGreen, Freddie brings over a decade of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across residential and commercial sectors. A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a Master’s in Construction Management, he leads with a strategic, solutions-focused approach rooted in technical expertise and clear communication.

Freddie began his career on the Great Tew Estate, overseeing restoration and development projects including Soho Farmhouse, before going on to lead commercial schemes at Ridge and Partners, such as a Formula 1 Team. He excels in stakeholder management, design coordination and procurement, acting as the key liaison across teams to ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion.

Ted Nurick

As a Project Manager at HollandGreen, Ted plays a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects with precision and care. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) with a Master’s in Project Management in the Built Environment from Oxford Brookes, he brings strong technical expertise and a clear understanding of the full project lifecycle.

With a background in contract administration and on-site management, Ted has developed a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Since joining HollandGreen, he’s become a trusted point of coordination—working closely with clients, consultants, and design teams to ensure every detail is aligned and delivered to the highest standard.

Lottie Hughes

As a Junior Project Manager at HollandGreen, Lottie is a trusted and pro-active presence across every stage of the project journey. She plays a key role in supporting day-to-day procedures, helping to track team actions and monitor deliverables against the project programme with accuracy and efficiency.

Known for her positive, enthusiastic approach and calm attitude under pressure, Lottie builds strong relationships with both clients and consultants, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination. Highly adaptable and detail-focused, she supports the wider team in maintaining quality, compliance, and momentum—contributing to the smooth and successful delivery of each project.
