This connection between old and new is demonstrated by strategically orienting living spaces to frame views of the countryside, an approach reflected at the rear of the property. Here, the contemporary glass pavilion houses the main kitchen and dining area – the true heart of a modern family home – where expansive glazing and clean lines create a connection to the garden, facilitating the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that is central to contemporary living.

This approach extends to the home’s classical detailing, a discipline carried through into the grounds, where the main living space opens directly onto a formal parterre and swimming pool. This commitment to classical principles, from the choice of stone to the geometry of the garden, is fundamental to creating a house that feels timeless, not just new.
