Our Fees
We believe we are an exception in an industry where fees are typically set as a percentage of an estimated build cost for a project.
Instead, we work with our clients from the Feasibility Study Stage onwards, detailing the exact deliverables required, establishing a realistic build budget and setting out how long we will need to deliver each element. This determines our fee.

We work with the best contractors and builders in the industry, ensuring exceptional service and commitment to quality. We also handpick local specialists who are right for each client’s individual project needs – helping to deliver builds successfully, on time and to budget.
Particularly beneficial for time-sensitive projects or heavily protected historical buildings, we can facilitate introductions to implement a two-stage tender process too.
