A Culture That Champions Creativity and Collaboration

We promote a dynamic working culture at HollandGreen and pride ourselves on our collaborative and friendly Studio.

In our most recent employee engagement survey, 97% of our team members said that they enjoy working here and ‘collaborative’; ‘friendly’; ‘welcoming’ and ‘supportive’ were the top words used to describe the culture at HollandGreen. Whether you’re based at home or in our spacious Grade II listed Oxfordshire studio, you’ll enjoy the freedom to excel in your career whilst being part of a passionate and supportive team.

More Than Just Work

We organise regular social events throughout the year, ranging from informal gatherings such as local pub lunches, picnics, hikes and and in-house games nights to larger, company-wide activities that bring the entire team together. Recent events have included punting, a darts competition and treasure hunt in Oxford, volunteering at Lindengate wellbeing garden in Aylesbury, and a guided foraging walk through nearby woodlands, all offering fun opportunities for team bonding outside of the Studio.

Our Values

Our vision is to leave a legacy of exceptional homes and gardens and delighted clients. This is supported by our four key values of being:

Curious – Forward-thinking and committed to finding the best outcome, always in pursuit of an exceptional result.

CollaborativeWorking with passion as one team and in partnership with our clients towards our shared vision.

Attentive – Actively listening to our clients and working with intent to deliver beyond expectations. We are their trusted advisors.

Accountable – To our clients, our people and our planet. Acting with honesty and integrity in all that we do.

Our Approach to Sustainability

Designing ethically and sustainably is at the heart of our approach – we push boundaries and design with intention. We deliver regenerative, energy efficient homes and biodiverse landscapes that can be maintained for generations to come.

We are also proud partners of Woodland Heritage, a charitable organisation that supports a thriving UK woodland culture to benefit our environment. Through this partnership, we introduce their mission early in our design process — helping clients understand the value of sustainable material choices and responsible woodland management. In addition, our team raises funds for Woodland Heritage’s educational and reforestation initiatives through staff-led fundraising events, supporting their continued work in promoting healthy, productive British woodlands.
