Our Process

Interior Decoration
This stage is where your home starts to take on its unique personality. We’ll work closely with you to select all the finishing layers that bring a space to life – furniture, artwork, decorative lighting, rugs, wallpapers, soft furnishings, and window treatments.
We begin with a furniture and artwork audit, reviewing what you already own and love so we can integrate it seamlessly into the design. Then, using your design brief and agreed-upon budget, we source a mix of bespoke pieces, off-the-shelf items, antiques, and artisan finds.
Selections are presented both in person and through your private client project dashboard, where you can:
- Review mood boards and schemes
- Approve individual items
- Track your overall budget.
You’ll have total clarity and control, and we’ll only move forward once you’re happy with every detail.
At the end of this stage you will:
– Have approved every furniture, lighting, and decorative element
– Have a finalised, room-by-room FF&E budget
– Be ready for the ordering process to begin

Procurement
With everything signed off, we begin the ordering process. Our team will place all orders – starting with longer-lead or custom pieces, to ensure everything arrives on time and in excellent condition.
We work with one of our trusted storage and delivery partners, who will receive and hold your items until we’re ready to install. They can also assist with moving and storing your personal belongings if needed.
We’ll invoice in manageable stages as orders are placed, prioritised by lead times and availability.
During this stage, we will:
- Place and track all orders with suppliers
- Coordinate production timelines and delivery logistics
- Monitor quality control throughout
- Oversee delivery to storage or directly to site
- Prepare for a smooth, stress-free installation.
At the end of this stage you will:
– Know all FF&E items are safely stored and accounted for
– Be ready for the installation of your beautifully curated interiors

Installation & Handover
This is the most exciting phase, where everything comes together and your home is brought to life.
Our team will be on site to oversee every detail of the installation – from coordinating the movers and unpackers to working with trades like lighting programmers, curtain installers, and artwork hangers.
We style the space carefully, making thoughtful adjustments so every room feels balanced, harmonious, and true to your design vision.
Having our team on site, who know your project inside and out, ensures nothing is missed. We also handle quality checks and final tweaks so that the end result feels personal, polished, and ready for living.
At the end of this stage you will:
– Have every FF&E item installed and perfectly placed
– Receive a personalised manual with care instructions
– Be ready to move into your completed, curated home
Pricing
You’ll pay either trade or retail pricing, depending on the supplier, plus a management fee. Wherever trade pricing is available, we pass those savings directly on to you.
This fee covers:
- Sourcing & supplier coordination
- Placing and tracking every order
- Managing delivery schedules and storage
- On-site installation and final styling
- Resolving any issues that arise
The management fee applies to any FF&E projects where the total value of items to be ordered is over £150,000 + VAT.
For projects below this threshold, we will suggest an alternative fee model.

What happens if something is damaged or delayed?
We handle all supplier coordination – so if anything arrives damaged, late, or missing, we’ll resolve it directly without you needing to chase anyone.
Will I get to approve everything?
Absolutely. You’ll review and approve all items via an easy-to-use online dashboard and in-person presentations. Nothing gets ordered without your sign-off.
Can I use some of my existing furniture?
Yes. We’ll start with an audit of your existing furniture and artwork to make sure anything you want to keep is thoughtfully integrated into the new design.
How do you choose suppliers?
We only work with vetted, reliable trade suppliers we trust, from bespoke makers to international brands. Many of them offer exclusive pieces not available on the high street.
Do I have to be on site for the installation?
Not at all. Our team oversees everything – deliveries, unboxing, styling, and quality checks – so you can walk into a finished, beautifully arranged home.
Do you manage items we’ve purchased ourselves?
We are only responsible for items procured through us. If you’ve chosen to source something independently, we’ll do our best to integrate it into the overall scheme, but we can’t guarantee delivery, condition, or installation support for third-party items.
What are the stages involved in the process?
- Budget sign off – During the design stages, we establish a high-level, room-by-room budget to guide your FF&E selections.
- Interior Decoration – We collaborate with a trusted network of suppliers, craftsmen, and artisans to carefully select bespoke pieces, off-the-shelf items, antiques, and artwork tailored to your home.
- FF&E Sign Off – At the end of the decoration stage, all FF&E items will be signed off and ready to order.
- Procurement Process – We manage the purchasing, tracking, and delivery of all specified items – prioritising longer-lead or bespoke pieces.
- Installation – We coordinate the installation of all FF&E and work closely with our chosen delivery and unpacking partners to ensure your home is beautifully styled and move-in ready.
- Handover – We provide a care manual for your new furniture, complete final quality checks, and ensure everything is in place for a seamless move-in.
