Working collaboratively with our architectural and landscape design teams from initial concept to final handover we offer a unique holistic design service. By considering all aspects of your project coherently and intuitively from an early stage, it results in both a functional and stunning design.

Levels of service.

With so much inspiration available today, and so many possible choices, it can be hard to define what your interior design vision really is. From our first meeting to final handover, we encourage your input and support your intuition in how you wish to live in your new home.

We have developed three levels of service which enables us to tailor our work and involvement to your needs:

Basic.

If you want to truly own the design process, our entry-level service makes a great starting point, providing you with the inspiration and expert guidance you need to confidently begin your project. Building on our initial input, you can explore these ideas to transform your home’s interior. We’ll create a Master Mood Board plus kitchen and joinery outlines. From this you can chart your own course, with the results reflecting your personal journey. Should you require more input, you can upgrade to our Standard or Premium service at any time.

Standard.

Our gold-standard service is the one that suits the majority of HollandGreen clients as it offers homeowners the opportunity to be very much part of the creative process from start to finish. It’s perfect for those who are keen to take a collaborative approach to their project, while appreciating the expert guidance and advice we offer at every stage. We’ll work with you to create a Master Mood Board and will supply kitchen and joinery outlines, as well as design intent drawings, a cost analysis and stylised proposals.

Premium.

Some clients prefer the reassurance of a full end-to-end service in which responsibility for the interior design and finish is delegated to our expert team. By choosing our Premium service, you can expect complete project management and oversight that takes you from the creation of the initial Master Mood Board, through a detailed design proposal and drawings (incl. 3D renders). We’ll specify ironmongery, furnishings, fixtures and fittings and will submit a carefully calculated cost analysis that covers every aspect of the project.
